Job Description
- Install, test, calibrate, tune, maintain, repair and modify all plant electrical, instrument, and Emerson DCS control systems and PLCs at the highest level of skill in accordance with training, plant procedures and direction.
- PM, BM, MI (incl. related to IPHS-18 Grace Mechanical Integrity), all maintenance relating scheduling and implementation input using SAP ERP PM Module
- SAP Ariba purchasing process handling
- Maintenance Spare parts managing
- EHS workstream preparation and issuing. (sometimes, safety work permit issuing supplementary)
- Drawings, Equipment information, All maintenance data management
- Supervising Maintenance Field activities performed by external service vendors
- Electric safety Manager role for plant high voltage facilities (optional)
Responsibilities
- Understand and follow Company policies and procedures.
- Understand and follow local regulations and standards regarding E&I perspectives
- Perform work setup including required materials, tools and special equipment normally associated with electrical or instrumentation for all company’s area
- Perform all field maintenance activities related to E&I matters in a team or work alone
- Taking the main role of electric safety manager
- Consult with Supervisor daily to obtain work assignments, keeping Supervisor informed of all activities, needs and problems and weekly maintenance work planning
- Responsible for SAP ERP PM module managing effectively, with creation of standard PM schedules to meet the relevant maintenance policies and procedures
- Responsible maintenance budget and actual spending tracking within budget
- Responsible for SAP Ariba purchasing process handling, including creating PR with the proper vendor quotation, the delivery schedule tracking, goods receiving and invoicing
- Responsible maintenance spare parts managing, including listing, regular inventory check, planning to purchase, developing spare parts managing strategy
- Ensure to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts to accurately repair all equipment.
- daily EHS workstream preparation for maintenance work
- Support to perform engineering duties in planning and designing all mechanically and electrically functioning equipment.
- Responsible for developing the relevant maintenance procedures as needed
- Accountable for managing drawings, equipment information, equipment maintenance manual, all maintenance data with regular backup of data
- Being supplementary plant maintenance supervisor role to manage the nested contractors
- Reporting regularly to direct manager to align with plant and department KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate level of English reading and writing
- Managing experience with SAP ERP PM Module for Maintenance part
- Working experience of both mechanical and electrical maintenance in chemical plant
- PC Literate (MS Office, AutoCAD, SAP ERP)
- Comprehensive understanding of Maintenance activities workflow
- Education: Minimum associate degree majored relevant Engineering
- Required work experience: Minimum over 3 years at maintenance part in chemical company
Preferred Qualifications
- Good to have Certification of Engineer Electric Safety
- Various certificates are preferred (Electrical, Boiler, Fire electrical, Fire mechanical, Gas, Hazardous material and so on)
