The program consists of three one-year rotations at our sites that use innovative chemical processes and multiple manufacturing technologies. It is designed to provide a range of manufacturing experience while strengthening leadership skills. Program participants are partnered with a senior-level mentor who follows their progress throughout the program while providing guidance and support.

To qualify, you must demonstrate strong leadership and management potential and have a B.S. in an engineering discipline, preferably chemical or mechanical, with a GPA of 3.0 or better. Program participants are expected to relocate for assignments.
