Supply Chain Analyst Order Fulfillment

Job Description

  • Development of financial models to support various business decisions in the area of Supply Chain, Oder Fulfillment and Logistics
  • Compilation and analysis of SAP information, reports and data using SAP functionality incl. SAP BW and Analytics Cloud
  • Development and implementation of Supply Chain scorecards, dashboards and KPIs, process improvements and standardization across and along the Grace Supply Chain with focus on Order Fulfillment and Logistics 
  • Support and evaluation of draft agreements, contracts, specifications, offers and other documents from Logistics Service provider
  • Cost and variance analysis of the Supply Chain expenditure against budget and forecast, as well as analysis of specific accounts and trend analysis
  • Actively review and upgrade practices and processes in line with the Company’s continuous improvement programs and Best Practices
  • Plays a key role in the utilization and further enhancement definition and implementation of software solutions in Order Fulfillment and Logistics
  • Supports the Order Fulfillment organization to raise and follow IT-HelpDesk tickets till completion (e.g. to resolve SAP issues or to address improvements), including UAT testing, training, implementation
  • Lead and support Supply Chain specific projects and represents Order Fulfillment EMEA in global projects e.g. to define and continuously drive improvement and harmonization of processes and to proceed on the digital-transformation journey
  • Complying with all internal and external policies pertaining to Quality management and financial reporting and auditing, e.g. according to the ISO and SOX rules

Required Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of SAP SD/MM-Modules
  • Confident handling of MS Office, MS Excel (Pivot, Statistical, Database, Visual Basic) and SAP including SAP BW and Analytics Cloud
  • Fluent in English & local language
  • Ability to prepare and present raw data into usable and meaningful information and ability to abstract complex processes for management-decisions
  • Analytical skills and ability to independently define meaningful KPIs for the essential Supply Chain processes, set up the associated reporting and, if necessary, propose and implement necessary corrective measures, as well as check their effectiveness
  • Highly professional and service-oriented with ability to liaise with internal customers and peers as well as managers at all levels
  • Team player, self-motivated, flexible with ability to work on and prioritize several tasks at the same time

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a role that provides analytical support for a department / function and an interface to suppliers / customers (internal & external) as well as first project management experience
  • Understanding of sourcing, procurement and logistics business practices and processes, Know-how of different business processes (e.g. Sales in general, Logistics, Production, Materials Management)
