Job Description

Ensure the conservation and operational readiness of production/supply plants and buildings through inspections and periodic maintenance.
Initiation of repair measures in compliance with economic efficiency, environmental protection and safety aspects. 
Maintenance and updating of the corresponding plant documentation.
• Ensure that inspections and maintenance are carried out with all necessary measures to determine the current condition and to maintain or restore the target state. The work carried out must be appropriately documented (database creation/maintenance).
• The main focus is on the periodic audits prescribed by the legislator, to be followed on time and to organise the implementation. Any defects that occur must be eliminated, and systems adapted to the state of the art. Examples: industrial and laboratory scales, electrical equipment (BGVA3), safety valves, pressure hoses, PSAgA, hoists, TÜV tests, etc.

• Contract management with focus on: assignment, solicitation, assignment, supervision, acceptance, documentation and billing.

• Initiation/processing/recording of maintenance activities, inspections, maintenance and recurring inspections by system. Employee training, master data maintenance, change notifications, spare part assignments, maintenance order maintenance, hours and image acquisition via scanner, payroll runs and key figure determination.
• Handling of small projects

Required Skills

• Safe handling of MS Office applications

SAP R/3 PM module

• Knowledge e-plan • Written and spoken english
• Strong customer-oriented handling

• High level of safety awareness, goal-orientedness, autonomy, self-responsibility, adherence to deadlines, quality awareness

Required Experience


• leadership experience & at least 5 years professional experience in the industrial environment

• Training as a specialist in relevant topics

• Basic commercial knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

4 years degree in chemical engineering or similar subjects
