Job Description

This position will be responsible for a full spectrum of HR operational activities including compensation and benefits administration, payroll processing, HRIS management, recruitment and selection administration, training administration, as well as staffing process from onboarding till termination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage compensation and benefits administration in a smooth way
  • Process monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery
  • Manage HR process in all aspects from on boarding to termination to make sure every process is well followed
  • Manage employee data and P-file to make sure all the HR processes are well maintained and tracked
  • Manage recruitment administrative activities including job posting, screening and shortlisting, arrangement of interviews, onboarding and orientation planning and conduction
  • Make sure all the learning and development programs are well organized
  • Ensure HR policies comply with local employment laws and regulations
  • Responsible for the application, renewal, or cancellation of Employment Pass and other work passes
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by superior

Required Experience

  • At least 5 years of HR working experience in multinational companies
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist handling different HR functions
  • Good knowledge of Singapore local employment laws and statutory requirements for staffing and payroll activities
  • Solid experience in C&B administration or talent acquisition is a plus
