Responsibilities

  • Coordination of MOC requests for products and raw materials. Processing and deadline tracking of the requests as well as maintenance of the MOC tables.
  • Tracking and review of the SME lists in the MOC process as well as adjusting the lists in consultation with Corporate Quality, if necessary.
  • Maintenance of product and raw material data in SAP in cooperation with Manila.
  • Planning of all activities regarding the creation of inspection plans for Worms including their implementation and maintenance in accordance with the applicable QM process.
  • Coordinate, review and manage supplier specifications of purchased products including packaging.
  • Coordinate MIF specifications to create and maintain material numbers in SAP for finished and semi-finished products manufactured or purchased.
  • Actively support other departments related to the MOC process.
  • Support and optimize the TCO SharePoints Europe to provide the necessary information.
  • Contact for other Grace subsidiaries regarding product specifications, test methods and specification agreements for products manufactured in Worms for other Grace subsidiaries.
  • Process Manager for various SOPs and work instructions.
  • Support for various documentation and tracking activities in the QM area
  • Support in special QM projects
  • Deputy for TCO as needed

 

Required Qualifications

  • Technical and / or scientific education
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Independent and pro-active approach
  • Distinct process- and result-oriented way of working with high precision and focused customer orientation
  • High readiness for detailed documentation
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Communication and coordination skills
  • Several years of experience in laboratory or production

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office, SAP, LIMS, SharePoint
  • German language skills advantageous
