Job Description

Purpose of Position:  

The Sales Area Manager reports to the area General Sales Manager and is responsible for the new customers acquisition, prospecting and maintaining / expanding business with the existing accounts in the area of responsibility in line with the company strategy. This will be achieved through a professional approach, high level of business acumen and developing strong business relationships with customers, prospects, and industry influencers. Sales Area Managers are expected to establish and maintain the image of Grace as a preferred supplier of products and services at the customer/market interface.  This position will be hybrid in northern Italy.  Our office is located in Passirana di Rho, Italy.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, chemistry, engineering or related field.

Required experience

5-10 years of TCS or Sales experience preferred in a technical B2b-environment, ideally chemical industry

Fluent in Italian and English language
