Job Description
The Supplier Enablement Lead manages supplier onboarding and integration into the company’s Source to Pay systems, ensuring that suppliers meet standards and are fully integrated into procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Support Grace’s safety culture by demonstrating leadership as it strives to achieve an accident-free environment.
- Promote Grace’s vision of being a premier specialty chemicals and materials company and demonstrate and integrate its core values into daily activities.
- Supplier Onboarding: Oversee the complete onboarding procedure for new suppliers, as well as the requalification process, ensuring full adherence to compliance and quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify and execute ongoing enhancements to refine the complete lifecycle of onboarding, integrating, and sustaining supplier profiles and qualification standards. Engage with industry experts to uncover best practices and benchmark outcomes, ensuring that processes and systems reach optimal performance.
- Systems Management: oversees the SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Module and works together with SAP Ariba management to ensure the platform operates as intended.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal users and suppliers on company systems and processes.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date supplier information in the company’s SAP Vendor Master module.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, EHSQQ, operations, and Supply Chain and the Data, Integrity and Governance (DIG) team to ensure seamless supplier integration and requirements are aligned.
- Quality Assurance: Monitoring supplier compliance with company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: at least 3 years of experience in leading or supporting supplier enablement activities, onboarding/management, procurement, and proficiency in SAP, vendor master management, and Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP) software and systems. Proficient with the Microsoft Office® suite.
