Job Description

The Strategy and Transformation Sr Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering strategies to increase the efficiency and value delivered by the Grace Global Business Services (GBS) Manila. Lead and champion a culture of continuous improvement, digitization, process simplification and optimization through data insights, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), intelligent automation, and use of technology. Drive the strategic agenda and lead the GBS Operational Excellence to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet or exceed desired outcomes. Develop and execute the digital transformation roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  

  • Drive and develop the execution of all approved strategic transformation projects
  • Support an integrated program of change initiatives across Grace functional areas all of which are aligned to business strategy 
  • Have a data driven approach to conduct business impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Establish an effective change management strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project and/or adoption of best practices
  • Develop and maintain metrics to track the success of any project implementation and use data to identify areas for improvement
  • Partner with the Technology, Analytics, AI teams and Functional leaders to conceptualize, build and deploy tools and assets
  • Actively communicates with stakeholders on the progress of strategic projects and its impact to working capital optimization, spend management, and other potential value opportunities/solutions
  • Manage budgets and ensure ROI for all initiatives
  • Maintain the innovation pipeline and ensure automation targets are met
  • Drive operational excellence programs in Grace GBS Manila 
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to digitize and optimize operational processes across the value chain, delivering sustainable, agile and digitally-driven process improvement solutions
  • Provide process and operational excellence knowledge to support the GBS team and to deliver successful outcomes such as Six Sigma, advanced problem-solving techniques and tools, continuous improvement, lean thinking

Requirements

  • Proven track record in driving and delivering strategy projects
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills 
  • 12+ years of relevant progressive experience in the shared services industry
  • Strong stakeholder management; works well across teams such as Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication including C-suite presentation skills. Ability to articulate concepts and complex ideas in clear and impactful manner
  • Strong ability to work in ambiguous situations and ability to quickly adapt to changes in priorities
  • Passionate about driving change
  • A robust knowledge of key issues, challenges, and opportunities in Process Excellence – Lean Six Sigma, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining such as Celonis, Data Analytics, Design Thinking and Digital Transformation
  • Enjoy working and leading in a collaborative team environment, providing direction, and helping others to develop, enthusiastic about developing talents
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting or Finance
