Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, Treasury GBS, the Sr. Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting Grace’s treasury operations and financial risk management related activities including working closely with Corporate Treasury, North America Finance, Accounting, and other departments. This position requires attention to detail and ability to learn quickly along with the desire to operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment. 

Key Responsibilities (1 of 2)

  • Manage Grace’s North America cash desks, including but not limited to monitoring daily liquidity position, preparing, and analyzing cash flow forecasts by legal entity 
  • Provide backup to global financial assurances processes which includes application, submission, maintenance, and reporting
  • Prepare and provide regional Treasury related reports to internal stakeholders and service providers 
  • Support banking relationship management by completing KYC-related banking requirements, and organizing ISDAs
  • Assist with bank account maintenance activities including account opening/closing and documentation, monitoring bank service fees and account services 
  • Support Corporate reporting deliverables by providing inputs to cash balances, payroll, debt movements, interest payments, intercompany loans, financial assurances, derivatives, and other treasury/financial data 
  • Gather data to support and analyze global foreign currency positions periodically, and monthly financial results

Key Responsibilities (2 of 2)

  • Prepare monthly netting for settlement of intercompany deliverables and verify payments are processed accordingly 
  • Assist with documentation of new hedge programs, maintain various databases and tools that support financial risk management activities 
  • Coordination of FX and commodity trade maturities with treasury operations
  • Ensure timely and accurate settlement of FX and Commodity trade maturities
  • Work with financial institutions to ensure proper execution and settlement of derivative contracts 
  • Manage deals, static data and ensure efficient utilization of treasury management system
  • Assist with responding to audit and internal control requests, and perform ad-hoc analyses 

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field 
  • 5-7 years of Treasury, banking, or related experience 
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to extract pertinent information 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, senior level management, and outside advisors 
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects from conception to completion in a fast-paced, global team environment 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and ERP systems/applications such as SAP, SAC, BPC, BW
