Job Description

We are seeking someone with a financial analytics background with a strong interest in Corporate Development and Strategy. 

Major Responsibilities

  • Manage complex financial valuation modeling and analysis (including discounted cash flows, accretion/dilution, investment returns etc.)
  • Develop detailed analyses for capital allocation.
  • Monitoring current and future capital spend and making recommendations on where best to allocate capital budget. 
  • Assist in the development of business cases and presentations to leadership.
  • Perform financially focused research on competitors, customers, and general business trends.
  • Build a network for internal relationships across the global organization. 
  • Support the Sr. Mgr, Engineering & Financial Portfolio & Mgr. Corporate Development and other leaders as necessary. 

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields
  • Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a multinational corporation
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Ability to work autonomously and remotely, yet as part of a global team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the chemical industry
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence and sustainability
