Job Description
Primary Finance Business Partner of Corporate Functions and closely support the MT Finance in SG&A budget/forecast preparation. Highly engaged with various leaders in the organization to discuss financial results, variance analysis and identification of risks, challenges and opportunities. The role is expected to provide quality, cost effective, accurate and timely business reporting and analysis. In addition, the FBP will also be responsible in the utilization of SAC through creation of management reports and other reporting requirements of the stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Leads the budgeting and forecasting processes for Corporate Functions (Global Operations).
- Prepare SG&A annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting with strong partnership, collaboration and engagement with functional leaders.
- Provide recommendations whenever necessary for planning and budgeting purposes.
- Perform variance analysis and effectively translate those numbers into value adding information to stakeholders.
- Support Materials Technology (MT) Finance Leaders on SG&A review and forecasting/budgeting process.
- Participate and support month end closing.
- Review and analyze reports prior publishing or submitting reports.
- Prepare financial reports utilizing business intelligence tools such as SAP, BPC and SAP.
- Identify any issues encountered within the process and ensure that closure will be dealt with accordingly on a timely manner.
- Identify efficiencies in workflow and optimize where possible (process improvement).
- Support GPO, Global OPEX Finance Manager FP&A, Functional Leaders and Finance Business Leaders, whenever necessary.
- Ad hoc request and back-up team members.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years planning, seasoned budgeting & forecasting skills/experience, solid analytical/data interpretation experience.
- College graduate with degree in Accounting, Finance and/or other advance course (e.g. MBA).
- Proficient with Microsoft products (Advance Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Proficient with SAP/BPC/SAC.
- Proficient in the use of English language.
- Demonstrate ability to work with others.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders as the candidate will be presenting to executives.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- The ideal candidate should be someone who can work fairly independently and at a level of maturity that can create relationships with the functional leaders.
- Ability to quickly learn business practices and accounting policies.
- Organized in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good cooperation skills and willingness to work in a diversified team.
- Confident, and adaptable to change.
- Strong business acumen.
