Job Description

The RPA Developer will be responsible in the creation, design, development and implementation of Robotics Process Automation systems. This role is responsible in investigating, analyzing and set-up of automated processes to create productivity and efficiency. The role will also work closely with various stakeholders to carry out his mandate:  a. Strategy & Execution Manager; b. Process Reengineering Leads; c. Manila Process Leaders; d. Process Subject Matter Experts in the different departments, e. RPA Deployment Partner (E&Y); and f. Grace IT resources.

Key Responsibilities

  

  • Understands business requirement, check feasibility of automating the requirements and provide a cost estimate in implementing the requirement
  • Designs, codes and maintains Robotics Process Automation solutions specifically UiPath Software
  • Completes and ensure completion of Robotics Process Automation documentations (Solution Design Document, Technical Design Document, User Manuals, etc.)
  • Monitors performance of deployed bots and resolve issues if there is any
  • Creates weekly and/or monthly bot’s performance report for Scorecard Reporting
  • Creates automation project pipeline to be used by the Governance board in prioritizing project deployment
  • Provides improvement ideas on the site’s RPA Tools including but not limited to Project Tracker, RPA Opportunity templates and weekly/monthly bot performance reports
  • Participates in process improvement initiatives that involves automation and or macro based solution projects
  • Mentors new RPA Project Members
  • Provides RPA/ Inteligent Automation awareness to the Manila site
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Automation and Execution Manager

Job Specifications

  

  • Graduate of BS Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
  • 2-3 years experience in designing, developing and implementing UiPath Software Solution RPA 
  • UiPath Certification is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications
  • Knowledge on SAP is a plus
