Job Description

Grace is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing team! Based in Manila, Philippines, this role reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing Automation, who is located at our Columbia, MD, USA headquarters.

 

The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for supporting the optimization processes through automation for lead management and marketing campaigns in the Materials Technologies division at Grace. This role is centered around four core focus areas: Campaign Development & Execution; Lead Generation & Qualification; Planning & Automation; and Analytics, Compliance & Optimization. 

Responsibilities

  • Build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including template customization and basic HTML/CSS edits.
  • Execute end-to-end email campaigns, including building, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve deliverability, engagement, and overall campaign performance.
  • Ensure emails render correctly across devices, browsers, and email clients.
  • Maintain and refine targeted outreach lists in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
  • KPI tracking and reporting on campaign and lead performance to support pipeline goals.
  • Analyze data using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Utilize RingLead to cleanse, deduplicate, and import external data directly into Salesforce.
  • Assist with maintaining the Marketing and Sales calendar in Salesforce.
  • Ensure compliance with CAN SPAM, GDPR, and applicable email and data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and cross-functional marketing teams to meet business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years related experience (in digital marketing or communications).
  • Experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management.
  • Experience with an email marketing platform (preferably Marketing Cloud Engagement/Pardot).
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong learning agility with a resourceful and curious mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS.
