Job Description
The HRIS Analyst will be a part of a team that provides global system support to all our HR functions including HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll and Compensation. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, process/detailed oriented, customer focused and bring a strong understanding of the SuccessFactors platform. Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize projects and manage confidential information is required.
Essential Functions
- Administration, break-fix and overall support of our SuccessFactors HCM modules, specifically Recruitment and Onboarding
- Conduct regular system and data audits, reporting, system testing, and system training as requested
- Identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions with the assistance of Sr. HRIS Analyst and/or HRIS Manager
- Back-up to other HRIS members for support of modules.
- Other Duties include but not limited to:
- Ensure data security and standards compliance
- Participate on special projects as assigned
- Support and administration of other SuccessFactors modules and other HR tools and processes outside of SuccessFactors (i.e. Kronos, Payroll)

Required Experience
- BS degree plus 3 –5 years' professional HR experience (or the equivalent in professional and HRIS experience)
- HRIS experience with SuccessFactors system required
Preferred Qualifications
- SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding experience a plus
- Project Management experience a plus
- Global Cloud HCM system implementation experience a plus
- SFx accreditation a plus
