Job Description

Join Grace’s Global Communications Team as our Digital Communications Specialist! Based in Manila, Philippines, this role reports to the Director, Global Corporate Communications, who is located at our Columbia, MD, USA headquarters.

While the successful candidate will be responsible for updating, tracking and optimizing digital platforms, this role is not for developers or IT specialists.

In this role, you’ll manage, enhance and optimize our intranet and company websites, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and easy to navigate. You’ll work with platforms like Staffbase, Pardot and Adobe Experience Manager (or similar), collaborating with Communications and Development Team colleagues across the company to keep our digital presence fresh, accurate and aligned with business priorities. With knowledge of SEO best practices, including AI-driven search, you’ll collaborate with marketing communications to improve organic search opportunities for targeted keywords. You’ll also execute email campaigns by setting up, sending, and tracking internal and external messages and generate analytics reports and provide qualitative analysis to optimize digital programs Success in this position requires comfortability navigating the backend of multiple marketing and communications tools, strong technical aptitude, confidence counseling global colleagues on marketing technology best practices, business acumen to align recommendations to strategic priorities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels across the organization. 

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience managing content in a CMS, creating and publishing emails in a marketing automation/email marketing tool, and experience in web reporting tools, including analyzing quantitative data and providing thoughtful, data-backed insights to improve performance. In addition, the candidate should have an understanding of HTML/CSS, web design, and design system principles.

NOTE: Training will be provided should the candidate not have direct experience using Grace’s marketing technology platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, publish, and maintain web content on company website (primarily via Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)) and on company intranet (via Staffbase).
  • Set up, test and send mass emails via Pardot and Outlook.
  • Serve as the liaison between Communications and IT/Web Developers by communicating technical requirements and managing the web development backlog.
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cookie and accessibility compliance.
  • Maintain creative and digital assets in alignment with creative team.
  • Support campaigns by creating web pages accurately and on schedule.
  • Track, measure and recommend website optimizations around search words (i.e., SEO) and AI search.
  • Create analytics report and provide qualitative analysis and recommendations to improve  performance of digital assets and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on best practices for digital marketing, AI search, and marketing technology platforms used by the company (AEM, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics (GA4).)
  • Other digital, graphic and production tasks as requested.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7years of experience working on corporate web platforms, HTML/CSS and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo).
  • Understanding of GA4 and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tactics and strategies.
  • B2B marketing experience with demonstrated ability to optimize web programs and content based on business goals.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a track record of managing multiple requests simultaneously and producing high-quality, error-free content.
  • Demonstrated experience translating quantitative data into qualitative insights and analysis
  • Excellent writing and tactful communications skills. 
  • Able to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels.
  • Able to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager in a content authoring role.
  • Experience with Pardot in a content execution role.
  • Experience working with Google Search Console and GTmetrix.
  • Experience with SEMRush.
  • Google Analytics certification or Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) preferred.
  • Graphic design experience a plus.
