Job Description
Grace GBS Manila is looking for a Digital Communications Specialist to help shape and elevate our global digital presence. In this position, you’ll manage and optimize our company websites and intranet, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and easy to navigate.
In this role, you’ll manage, enhance and optimize our intranet and company websites, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and easy to navigate. You’ll work with platforms like Staffbase, Pardot and Adobe Experience Manager, collaborating with Communications and Development Team colleagues across the company to keep our digital presence fresh, accurate and aligned with business priorities. You’ll also manage email campaigns by setting up, sending, and tracking internal and external messages. Success in this position requires comfortability navigating the backend of multiple marketing and communications tools, strong technical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels across the organization.

What You'll Do
- Create, update, publish, and maintain web content on company website (primarily via Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)) and on company intranet (via Staffbase).
- Set up, test and send mass emails via Pardot and Outlook.
- Serve as the liaison between Communications and IT/Web Developers by communicating technical requirements and managing the web development backlog.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cookie and accessibility compliance.
- Maintain creative and digital assets in alignment with creative team.
- Support campaigns by creating web pages accurately and on schedule.
- Track, measure and recommend website optimizations around search words (i.e., SEO) and AI search.
- Measure and report performance of digital assets and campaigns.
- Stay updated on best practices for digital marketing, AI search, and marketing technology platforms used by the company (AEM, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics (GA4).)
- Other digital, graphic and production tasks as requested.
Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of managing corporate web content and digital platforms (Marketo, WordPress, Pardot)

Familiarity with GA4 and foundational SEO strategies.

Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical teams.

Comfortable using data to recommend improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager in a content authoring role.
- Experience working with Google Search Console and GTmetrix.
- Experience with SEMRush.
- Google Analytics certification or Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) preferred.
- Graphic design experience a plus.
