Job Description

W.R. Grace is hiring another Game Changers - those people with ideas, expertise and a desire to want to drive change. As a Technical Account Manager to support our Refining Technology Sales team you'll be responsible for managing multiple Americas refining customer accounts possibly including National/Global accounts with multiple locations across regions. Additional responsibilities include the following:


  • Responsible for Target Strategic Account Planning for all individual and corporate accounts in portfolio
  • Key point of contact for customer for all accounts and corporate sites in portfolio
  • Understand industry trends and competitive landscape in the context of meeting customers current and future needs and potential value.
  • Participate in key internal processes to provide feedback on current and potential customer needs.
  • Coordinate with Grace internal resources to assure that all logistical, financial/marketing, and legal requirements for each territory sales are properly executed and completed to meet the customer requirements.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in value focused sales/service in the process (refining/chemicals) industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales/service experience into the refining industry (or a similar industry with a value differentiated product)

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS Chemical Engineering or related field
  • MS or MBA
