Job Description

Grace is seeking a Sr. Manager, Organization Development & Change Management to join our Human Resources team! This role reports to the Vice President, Talent and is located at the headquarters in Columbia, MD.

The Sr. Manager, Organization Development & Change Management will be responsible for overseeing and executing the management of all aspects of organization development and will implement change management strategies to maximize employee adoption and usage.  As part of the talent management team, this role is a key driver to our high-performance culture goals to attract, engage, develop, and retain high-performing talent.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, consultation, and guidance to the company on organization development and change management strategies, approaches and the use of consistent models
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance
  • Consult and coach project teams for specific business outcomes
  • Develop change management and change leadership capabilities in the HR and business teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 12+ years of experience in organization development and change management
  • Ability to think strategically but can roll up their sleeves when needed
  • Very strong and polished communicator with an ability to comfortably interact with and influence all levels of the organization, from C-Suite to Individual Contributor

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in I/O Psychology or Organizational Behavior
  • Certification in Change Management (Prosci or similar)
  • Vendor management
  • Previous experience implementing a change management methodology in a corporate environment and increasing change management capability in HR and the business
