Job Description

The Sr HRIS Analyst will be a part of a team that provides global system support to all our HR functions including - HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll and Compensation. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, process and detailed oriented, customer focused and bring a strong understanding of the SuccessFactors platform.  Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize projects and deliverables and manage confidential information is required.
Essential Functions:

  • Administration, break-fix and overall support for two or more of Grace’s various SuccessFactors HXM modules: Core HR (Employee Central), Compensation, Goals, Performance, Reporting and Analytics/Dashboards (including SAP’s Cloud Analytics), Recruitment, Onboarding
  • Identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions
  • Administration of Grace’s Payroll platform
  • Involvement in various phases of HR system related projects; including but not limited to - analyzing business requirements; development of solutions, process improvement, testing, training, and communication
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR system interfaces; provides guidance and support for existing and new interfaces
  • Conduct system training as requested
  • Back-up to other HRIS members for support of modules.

Required Experience

  • BS degree with a minimum of 8 years HR professional experience (or the equivalent in professional and HRIS experience)
  • HRIS experience with SuccessFactors system required
  • Strong understanding of international HR business processes and audit requirements (SOX, GDPR)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office; experience with basic excel formulas – i.e. v-Lookup


Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management experience a plus
  • At least one Global Cloud HR system implementation
