Job Description

Grace is seeking a Quality Specialist to join our Corporate Quality Team! This role reports to the Director, Global Quality located at Head Quarters in Columbia Maryland.  This role is currently hybrid, in the Columbia office Mon/Wed/Thurs, subject to change based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the document control system on our share point platform per ISO 9001 standards
  • Obtain and maintain Lead Auditor Certification and assist in support of various compliance requirements
  • Generate queries and run reports out of various systems such as Enablon and Team Guru
  • Assist in analyzing data and preparing charts and presentations
  • Work with Center of Operation Excellence to help develop and maintain KPI Dashboard
  • Coordinate and schedule various activity, such as audits, across Global Manufacturing Plants and Business Units
  • Track and maintain status for various quality initiatives
  • Become the subject matter expert and provide assistance across the businesses for the Quality Management System and related supporting software
  • Help build and ensure Quality training requirements are executed and maintained through use of the Learning Management System (Aspire)

Required Qualifications

  • Must have administrated an ISO document control system or a similar quality control system
  • Must have 3 plus years of experience working in a manufacturing environment in a quality capacity
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft office suite and ability to quickly learn other programs as needed
  • Must be very organized and a forward thinker
  • Ability to travel if needed up to 30%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Formal Problem-Solving Experience
  • Compliance experience such as GMP and HACCP
