Job Description

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the overall respective polypropylene catalyst portfolio business performance aligned with business expectations. 

This role will work in close collaboration with Segment Marketing Manager to accomplish business objectives including volume, price/margin management and champion product-related profitability enhancement programs to optimize cash and margin generation. 

The incumbent will drive portfolio volume through validating demand forecasts and sales execution, and ensure long range capacity planning and lead business input to CAPEX project management.  The Product Manager will set product price and contract terms targets for sale aligned with market segment strategy and DOA process, supporting sales execution.    

The incumbent will focus on new product introduction, product line promotion, market/technology/competitor/regulatory trend analysis relevant to the portfolio while collaborating with the global marketing team to develop a long-term strategic plan for the business.  

The incumbent will set product targets for quality, costs and customer service levels and collaborate with functions to support business performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing/Product Management strongly preferred
  • 4 Year Degree
  • 5 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing industry
  • Fluent in English
