Job Description

Grace is seeking an, Order Fulfillment Training Manager, North America to join our Order Fulfillment team! This role reports to the Regional OF&L Leader, Americas located at Columbia, MD.

The Order Fulfillment Training Manager is a key role in developing and maintaining an effective training program for the Americas region.  The training manager will focus both on new hire and continuous improvement training.  This role will cross all four Grace businesses and will include SAP, Esker, customer portals, and other systems used in Order Fulfillment.  This manager will need to collaborate with multiple parties, at multiple levels to align order fulfillment processes to serve Grace customers and businesses in an efficient manner.  This position will focus on both training for domestic and export order processing.


  • Develop and maintain Order Fulfillment’s training program and curriculum for existing and new processes. 
  • Use multiple training platforms and techniques to drive consistent order processing
  • Maintain standard operating procedures in a centralized format while incorporating other tools to ensure understanding  
  • Training to include new hire, continuous improvement, new systems, and compliance  
  • SAP subject matter expert in Fulfillment processes and aligned with IT best practices
  • Training across all Fulfillment systems like Esker, customer e-procurement portals, and other supporting systems
  • Daily escalation owner on process questions and system troubleshooting
  • Project support for documentation of new Fulfillment processes and related training

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain or other relevant Business areas
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years in Order Management, Operations, Logistics, or other customer focused roles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of manufacturing and product delivery processes
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
