Job Description

This position requires a hands-on, experienced treasury leader with the desire to operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You should have treasury experience in a corporate setting and possess the ability to evaluate, recommend and implement new initiatives. You will be responsible for performing various treasury activities, working cross-functionally to improve processes, controls, and productivity. This position will primarily focus on the Americas region and will partner with the international treasury team based in Manila – Global Operations Center (GOC) to drive global initiatives.


  • Oversee North American cash desk operations, including but not limited to bank account management, inquiries and maintenance, bank portal and user administrations, balance reporting, occasional manual wire processing/approval, short-term cash borrowing and investment
  • Manage legal entity cash flows ensuring adequate liquidity to meet financial obligations
  • Manage intercompany cash, including intercompany lending, settlements, dividends, and capital injections
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders such as accounting, tax, banks, insurance broker, surety bond agent, etc.
  • Ensure proper controls and processes are in the place for audit compliance and handle all audit requests related to Treasury activities
  • Develop and implement optimal cash management operational strategies
  • Support Grace’s joint venture treasury related activities
  • Oversee completion of periodic treasury reporting, FBAR filing, interest expense and bank fee forecasts
  • Lead cash mobilization and repatriation initiatives
  • Maintain and enhance Grace’s Treasury Management System (TMS) capabilities
  • Assist with placement of insurance programs working with assigned brokers
  • Provide guidance and support to the GOC for financial assurances i.e., letters of credit, bank guarantee and surety bond
  • Strategic partner to the GOC on treasury related matters and initiatives
  • Provide backup support for financial risk hedging processes – foreign currency, interest rates and commodities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant treasury experience in a multi-national corporate setting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and financial modelling skills
  • Team oriented and capable of collaborating across multiple functions within the organization
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks/deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter, requiring little guidance or supervision
  • SAP and related systems (BPC, SAC), TMS, Bloomberg Terminal
  • Microsoft Office Suite capabilities are essential (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Treasury/Cash Management certificate (CTP equivalent) preferred
  • Knowledge of bank portals, international payment systems and KYC requirements
