Job Description

We're hiring an International Tax Manager to join our Global Corporate Tax Department. 


  • Lead the US GAAP accounting process for the US income tax provision
  • Responsible for the quarterly/year-end US international portion of the tax provision under the private company reporting requirements
  • Oversee and manage the non-US income tax compliance filing obligations and liaise with external resources to ensure timely reporting
  • Ensure Company’s compliance with all international tax controls
  • Model different aspects of international tax planning opportunities
  • Work with related entities on implementation, monitoring and complying with international compliance reporting (Pillar 2, DAC6, MDR, etc)
  • Liaise with Transfer Pricing leader to ensure adequate review of billing factors as well as annual transfer pricing adjustment computations
  • Support the international tax audits
  • Ensure that international tax opportunities and tax credits are maximized, supported and documented
  • Working with the Senior Director and Director of Tax on streamlining and automating the tax provision and compliance processes
  • Track international tax law changes and their impact on the Company
  • Ensure compliance with the Company’s CbC reporting requirements
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects, including §382 testing, entity structure optimization, attribute utilization, acquisition related due diligence and purchase accounting tax-related issues
  • Research tax law and operational changes that may impact the Company’s tax posture

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 5-7 years of relevant tax experience in either public accounting or a corporate tax department, salary is commensurate with experience
  • Strong analytical and verbal/written communication skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment                
  • Experience with corporate tax software and on-line tax research products
  • Microsoft Office Suite capabilities (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA
  • Experience with SAP, SAP BPC, SAC, etc
  • Experience with ONESOURCE Income Tax and Tax Provision software
