Job Description
We're hiring a Finance Manager, FP&A Reporting & Analysis for the ART and Hydro businesses.
Responsibilities
- Provide actual and forecasted financials (income statement and cash flow) for ART and ACCA
- Prepare and review financial reports & presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Manage ART cash flow
- Provide necessary financial analysis on business opportunities
- Help to maintain a strong, cost-effective controls environment ensuring compliance with all accounting and reporting regulations, and company accounting policies and procedures
- Coordinate efficiently and effectively with the various finance teams, the business finance leaders, the GOC, as well other functional groups outside of finance to facilitate communication of financials.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in large multinational manufacturing corporation - progressing in finance/accounting and working in a matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- SAP and related systems (BPC, SAC, etc.)
- Microsoft Office Suite capabilities (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to interact effectively with executives, management and functional peer groups and to gain cooperation from others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate/present issues and recommendations in a clear and concise manner, excellent business acumen
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be highly organized, detail oriented, able to multitask, prioritize, and respond when sense of urgency is present
- Team oriented and capable of collaborating across multiple functions within the organization
- Ability to interact with all Finance functions – Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury
- Confident with strong interpersonal, influencing, and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and management
- Possess the ability to work independently and exercise own judgment
- Dynamic, flexible, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to motivate and drive results
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks/deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or MBA is a plus
