Job Description

We’re hiring a Finance Manager – FP&A Consolidation, Reporting and Analysis, who will report to the Director, Consolidated FP&A and External Reporting. Your primary responsibilities will include:


1. Own the monthly FP&A Calendar and drive the processes and products it is intended to coordinate


2. Prepare and review consolidated financial reports & presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors. 

  • MOR, QBR and AOP Presentations
  • Earnings & Board Analyses
  • Growth Plan support & analysis
  • SEC Disclosures support


3. Lead the creation and presentation of complex financial analysis and modeling to support Grace consolidated financials, such as:

  • Management reporting and analytics
  • Operating expense/allocations
  • Capital expenditure planning & analysis
  • Processes and systems supporting FP&A


4. Coordinate with various finance teams, business finance leaders and Grace Operations Center, as well as oher functional groups outside of finance to facilate the seamless consolidtion of Grace financials


5. Help to maintain a strong, cost effective controls environment ensuring compliance with SEC, US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley accounting and reporting regulations, and company accounting policies and procedures

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated career progression in finance/accounting and ability to work in a matrixed environment
  • Experience with planning, budgeting and forecasting, driving financial processes and creating complex financial modeling and analysis
  • Experience in leading improved in P&L and Cash Flow/Working Capital results
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite capabilities (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Experience

  • BS in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • 10 years relevant experience in large multinational manufacturing corporation

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP and related systems (BPC, SAC, BW, etc.)
