Job Description

We’re adding a new position Finance Manager – FP&A Consolidation, Forecasting and Systems Analysis, who will report to the Director, Consolidated FP&A and External Reporting. In this role you’ll focus on the following:


  1. Lead the creation and presentation of complex financial analysis and modeling to support Grace consolidated financials, such as:
  • Management reporting and analytics
  • EPS forecasting and reporting automation
  • Incentive Compensation modeling


  1. Coordinate efficiently and effectively with the various finance teams, the business finance leaders, the GOC, as well other functional groups outside of finance to deliver:
  • Investor Relations support
  • Quarterly and Annual SEC Reporting support (MD&A)
  • Board Deck preparation & analysis


  1. Lead the forecast transformation process through:
  • Monitor and track forecast capabilities and identify gaps for potential enhancement
  • Develop enhanced forecasting methodologies for data which is not centrally projected
  • Partner across Grace to integrate forecasting enhancements into financial systems


  1. Partner with the Financial Systems Team to:
  • Coordinate the creation of enhanced forecasting capabilities, providing complete forecasted consolidated financial statements and other key metrics
  • Design, build, and test new budgeting and forecasting system
  • Support implementation of new consolidation system
  • Design and test new reporting requirements or enhancements

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated career progression in finance/accounting and ability to work in a matrixed environment
  • Experience with planning, budgeting and forecasting, driving financial processes and creating complex financial modeling and analysis
  • Experience in leading improved in P&L and Cash Flow/Working Capital results
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite capabilities (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • SAP and related systems (BPC, SAC, BW, etc.)

Required Experience

  • BS in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • 7-10 years relevant experience in large multinational manufacturing corporation
