Job Description

We are hiring a Finance Manager – Financial Systems to join our Finance Team.


  • Lead and support multiple projects, sometimes simultaneously.
  • Drive efficiencies through the use of process improvement, project management, and change management tools and methodologies.
  • Generate and support business cases for transformation projects, both from financial and operations perspectives. Track business case performance vs. established baseline on a go forward basis.
  • Identify, implement, and track success measures/KPIs.
  • Lead / ensure proper change management activities are occurring.
  • Lead / support financial system-based projects in any Finance function or in the business if it impacts Finance.
  • Lead / support acquisitions, process improvements, business realignments and accounting recasts projects.
  • Provide critical support for SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • Lead effort to replace our consolidation system (ECCS).

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work with IT and all Finance functions – Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Credit & Collections, Plant Operation Finance
  • Knowledge of SAP systems and related systems (ECC, BPC, SAC, BW, etc.)
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite and project management software skills
  • Strong Financial Statement knowledge
  • Broad-minded business acumen to provide strategic leadership
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and embrace change
  • Highly organized with knowledge of project management principles and technologies
  • Proven experience leading projects of low to medium complexity
  • Ability to ensure strong alignment between business requirements and proposed solutions
  • Ability to learn rapidly and master diverse business concepts, financial principles, and processes/technologies
  • BS in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related field
  • 10+ years relevant experience in large multinational manufacturing corporation
  • Project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • MBA, CPA or PMP Certification
