Job Description
The Director Program Management will establish and lead the Grace’s Supply Chain Business Process Center of Excellence (COE) organization, reporting to the Senior Director, Supply Chain Center of Excellence. This role will execute and implement programs and projects for the enterprise-wide Supply Chain organization, primarily focused on implementing projects that will enable best-in-class performance and value. This leader will be responsible ensuring project management for End to End (E2E) supply chain projects, processes, and systems. This leader will ensure the project management structure and resourcing to implement company-wide standards, policies, and processes while also tracking performance metrics of the organization. This work will require collaboration with operations, business, and functional support to gain alignment on resourcing and prioritization.

This candidate will lead projects (both directly and thru their team) and must possess knowledge of Supply Chain operating processes.
Responsibilities
- Develops, builds, and leads the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) program management team. The COE will be responsible for the implementation of Global end to end supply chain processes and systems, including S&OP, S&OE, Master Data, Customer Service, Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing.
- Ensures development of project plans for all supply chain related processes, ensuring appropriate review schedules, risks and mitigations, governance, and enterprise-wide flow-down. Leverages system usage to the maximum extent possible.
- Ensures Change Management strategies are incorporated into improvement programs and provides overall leadership for Change Management across the programs to ensure continuity and connectivity.
- Design and deliver training programs for continuity in project management as well as to enable transformation project execution.
- Supports development and project management of the implementation of Supply Chain Processes and systems across Grace, ensuring buy-in, training, and on-boarding of all Business Unit teams and Corporate Functions.
- Ensures alignment across business unit and functional teams both internal and external to Global Operations through partnership and collaboration at all levels.
- Foster a culture, including ways of working and behaviors, that is congruent with our mission, values, and success model.
- Invest significant effort on talent offense and aligning selection and development of teams to mindsets and skillsets important to the future of our business.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals and managing mitigation plans across portfolio projects.
- Report and escalate to management as needed options and recommendations for decision making.
- Serve as a role model and champion engagement and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or other related business discipline
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Minimum of 10 years proven track record within a Supply Chain function and successful track record of enabling the driving of change.
- Minimum of 15 years project management experience; especially within a PMO environment.
- Strong ability to lead and drive cultural change, relationship management.
- Ability to travel up to 15% including international travel.

- Master’s degree in supply chain or similar discipline and/or MBA
- Cross-functional business awareness and track record of cross-functional/cross-organizational collaboration.
- Forward thinking and ready, able, and willing to leverage technology to achieve scalable results for our growing organization.
- Influence and Communication – must be capable of turning business acumen into actionable management execution plans that are communicated to both Supply Chain and functional supporting teams.
