Job Description

 

We are hiring Change Management Leader reporting directly to the Sr. Director Business Process and Supply Chain Center of Excellence and will be located out of our corporate headquarters in Columbia, MD with a hybrid schedule Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays in-office, and Tuesdays and Fridays flexible.

 

Grace is embarking on a global improvement transformation. The Change Management Leader is responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, plans and communications that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance to large-scale transformational projects. The change leader will play a key role in focusing on the people side of the change while developing and implementing strategies focusing on employee adoption and usage while ensuring strong communications across all levels of stakeholders enabling support of the change. Successful candidates must demonstrate problem-solving, sound judgment, personal resilience, leadership and influence ability, strong collaboration, and communication skills. They must also have experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and implement change initiatives to support Supply Chain business process and technology transformational activities.
  • Measure and report progress towards specific goals or outcomes, such as identifying and resolving barriers to change or improving employee satisfaction with the change process.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the change process, including employees, managers, customers, suppliers, contractors, and other third parties.
  • Develop plans for change management based on research and analysis of existing conditions and needs.
  • Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, identify stakeholders, and establish change network. 
  • Establish timelines for each phase of the change process, such as training and education for employees, followed by implementation and monitoring of results.
  • Ensure that all team members have the necessary resources and support to implement the change successfully.
  • Develop communication plans to inform employees about changes to their work environment or work requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies based on employee satisfaction levels and other metrics.
  • Coordinate with leaders to ensure that they are equipped with the tools they need to effectively manage change in their departments.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years’ experience in Change Management application / execution
  • Experience and leadership of a large change management and transformation effort
  • Ability to travel requirement up to 25% including international travel

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Masters and MBA
  • Six Sigma training or certification
