Job Description
Provide both internal and external customers with information regarding the processing of orders of the products supplied to them with respect to the shipping and delivery process, with the objective of maintaining customer satisfaction at a high level. Additionally, channel customer complaints and claims.
As well as support in logistics with the planning and management of the flow of materials in the most efficient way between our subsidiaries and our final customers, from the placement of the order, settlement of material in the SAP and dispatch process of the same.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers during the pre-sale and post-sale process to know their future consumption needs, their inventory levels.
- Provide documents for the delivery of materials to customers (purchase orders, technical data sheets, MSDS, others when necessary), complying with requests and avoiding inconveniences in the delivery of orders.
- Corroborate that the invoices sent by the logistics suppliers (BDP, Invernexos) are in accordance with the services rendered.
- Process the credit notes that are required after verifying their validity, supervise the process of issuance of this document during the different stages established by the corporate and verify that it is received by the customer.
- Handling customer orders from Colombia, Central America, Peru, Ecuador, TT and Venezuela and manage their requests.
- Receive orders and requests from customers, enter them in the SAP and supervise that the processes are completed with the satisfactory delivery to the customer.
- Place and follow up on customer orders in the indent sales mode, to meet the commitments agreed between the customer and the sales area.
Required Qualifications
Education
Preferable but not essential to be a technologist in marketing and sales or related professions, with training in customer service, logistics, foreign trade, and Safety & Occupational Health.
English proficiency.
Experience
Minimum 3 years in customer service or similar positions and logistical duties.
Skills:
- Computer and software skills (Windows, office, SAP).
- Knowledge in logistic, foreign trade, Safety & Occupational Health.
- Knowledge in office techniques.
- Good communication, proactive person
- Spirit of work team
- Good English written / listening / speaking
