Sales Coordinator

Role Responsibilities

•  Provide day-to-day Korean customer support and communication in local language.

•  Manage customer accounts, following up with customers on administrative matters and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account status, and other customer orders issues.

•  Follow up locally on Order-to-Cash process;
   -  Handling of local orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders for correctness of documentation (Correct prices, amount and product numbers etc).
   -  Verification of import and customer documentation (eg., Invoices, CoA , SDS etc) to meet customer expectation before each shipment.
   -  Local logistics management including delivery shipment tracking, customer clearance including local transportation, accident recovery etc.
   -  Collection control, payment such as past due control and advanced payment request•    Supporting government import regulation & EHS issue
   -  Providing appropriate document to customer in cooperation with EHS global team (MSDS, CoC, LoC, RoHS, CMRT, GHS Label, etc).
   -  Advise to global EHS team to amend under local regulation especially MSDS and timely provide with corrected MSDS to customer.
   -  Submission of written confirmation of details for catalyst before imports.
   -  Procedure for report(permission) on the products containg regulated components.
   -  Report annual toxic component data to KCMA.
   -  Report on import performance to Korea Environment Corp. for the environmental charge if any.

•    Regulatory support for K-REACH with Knoell Korea
   -  Verification of all contracts( OR appointment letter: needed every time when there's change of list of substances for each legal entities of OR, Consortium agreement, preliminary agreement, Data sharing agreement for studies, LoA contract to gain access to lead dossier,  Power of attorney, Any others that may become necessary)
   -  Process payment of LoAs to data owner and K-consortium.
   -  Crosscheck on registration plans and appointed substances per legal entity and their use.
   -  Communication support for Korean customers: to confirm compliance on their import product.

•    Other;
   -  Deal with a customer complaint.
   -  Directing feedback from customers to relevant internal departments.
   -  Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
   -  Inventory management with following up with current inventory in Busan port, customer site including base catalyst and ZSM-5 additive hoppers
   -  Process FCC sample return to US - Dangerous goods packaging handling, TSCA approval and process payment of relevant cost.  Sample coordination with R&D
   -  Responding FCC customer inquiries especially MSDS revision request.

Required Education and Professional Experience

•    A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
•    3~5 years of business support experience preferred
•    Multi-national company experience preferred.
•    Willingness to work in Anyang City, Gyeonggi-do.
•    Good verbal and written communication skills with a good standard of English
•    MS-Office Software operating (Excel, Word, Power-Point)
•    Current knowledge of Industry trends and regulations.
•    The ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
•    Excellent communication, sales and customer service skills.
