- Sales forecast & support
- Inside Sales & Customer Service
- Validate order to cash
- Government import regulation & EHS issue
- Regulatory support for K-REACH with Knoell Korea (Regardless of division but Grace Korea)

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3~5 years of Customer Service and Sales Coordinating experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills with a good standard of English
- MS-Office Software operating (Excel, Word, Power-Point)
- The ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, sales and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-national company experience preferred.
- Experience in using SAP, Ariba preferred.
