Job Description

The Aiken, SC location is looking for a Bulk Loader Operator to join our dynamic team.

  • Physical Demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 55 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and peripheral vision.  Employee must have sufficient hearing to detect audible alarms and buzzers.
  • The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.

Physical Requirements and Environment

  • Ability to work in a high hazard environment, including adverse weather conditions, elevated spaces, confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and noisy surroundings.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs and ladders over 100 ft.
  • Must be willing to wear PPE (Personal Protective equipment) including but not limited to hard hat, protective eyewear, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, Level A suit, full face respirator

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 2+ Years experience working in a manufacturer environment 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Kaolin Clay experience preferred
