Grace offers a three-year Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP) for our future leaders. The entry-level program focuses on developing high potential engineers to enter a three year rotational program through out our innovative chemical processing and manufacturing U.S. sites. MLP participants partner with senior-level mentors gaining invaluable manufacturing experience while strengthening leadership skills.

Focus areas for our MLP participants include:

• Maintenance and Reliability – Lead project work to improve maintenance and reliability
• Process Engineering – Lead a manufacturing process improvement project
• Project Engineering – Participate in the management of a capital project
• Productivity – Lead a six-sigma supply chain/operations project
• Sales and Operations Planning – Work with the sales, manufacturing, and supply chain departments to ensure the right product is made and delivered to our customers
• Production Supervision – Lead a manufacturing team of hourly employees
• Environment, Health, and Safety – Lead project work associated with EHS corporate and plant initiatives
• Strategic Sourcing – Lead/ participate in sourcing and project deliverables
