The GA Supervisor – EMEA Operations & Intercompany Accounting is responsible for overseeing and supervising all general accounting operations for EMEA region and global intercompany accounting activities. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting by managing month-end and post–month-end close processes, enforcing accounting standards, and maintaining strong internal controls. This position also supports audits, resolves operational issues, and drives continuous improvement while aligning team objectives with broader organizational goals.

Responsibilities (1 of 3)

Daily Operations and Issue Resolution

Supervise daily general accounting operations for the EMEA region

Intercompany Transaction Management

• Supervise the recording, monitoring, and reconciliation of intercompany transactions, including sales, services, royalties, cost allocations, loans, and related interest
• Ensure timely and accurate intercompany billing in strict accordance with approved intercompany agreements.
• Monitor intercompany balances to confirm completeness, accuracy, and timely settlement.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end intercompany reconciliations, ensuring variances are promptly identified, investigated, and resolved.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)

With at least 2 years in intercompany or consolidation processes

The E&I Technician at Grace provides engineering with design parameters, standardizes specifications for instrumentation, procures instrumentation components and performs qualification procedures for new instrumentation installations. Grace is seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician for our South Haven Site. The South Haven Site produces a portfolio of products for the specialty pharmaceutical industries, specifically Active Pharmaceutical Intermediates. Consisting of a cGMP kilo lab, pilot plant and custom manufacturing at the commercial volumes, the site is fully equipped to develop and manufacture custom drug intermediates and API’s. Job Description

Grace is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to promote a safe working environment, while supporting site maintenance, reliability, electrical, rotating equipment and other engineering functions. The Maintenance Engineer allocates resources to ensure the site is safely and effectively achieving goals and priorities.

The Grace 71st Chicago plant manufactures catalysts used in petroleum refining and specialty petrochemical industries for removing sulfur, nitrogen, and other impurities from crude oil streams.

The Maintenance Engineer is located at 4099 West 71st Street, Chicago, Illinois and reports to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, track and analyze site equipment issues including reliability issues and bad actor analysis.
Track and analyze reliability data on critical equipment
Maintains site equipment lists, assignments and documents in SAP, DMS, etc.
Work with site rotating equipment SME to develop and update PM, PdM, and CBM routines
Performs Equipment Availability/Failure Analysis
Support & facilitate RCAs, SOPs, PHA’s and purchasing functions.
Responsible for reviewing and maintaining appropriate engineering records, including SOPs, P&IDs and more
Responsible for developing, monitoring, evaluating and training employees on site PM programs
Develop Maintenance Strategies by equipment types
Identifies and defines reliability improvement projects
Interfaces with state and govt. regulatory agencies
Managing multiple projects to successful completion

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
2+ years of experience in the maintenance and reliability field

Physical Requirements and Environment

Must be willing to wear PPE (Personal Protective equipment) including but not limited to hard hat, protective eyewear, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, Level A suit, full face respirator

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
1+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated experience with process, mechanical, electrical and control systems
Experience in a safety sensitive environment
Technical experience with the chemical process industry using

Job Description

Grace is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist (Invoice Posting) to join our AP - Invoice Posting team! This role reports to the AP Supervisor located at the GBS in Manila.

This position is responsible for performing high-level analysis of the different processes within the Accounts Payable team and coming up with recommendations and/or projects that would promote efficient AP operations. The AP Specialist is also responsible for processing vendor invoices, customer refunds – including verification for accuracy of transactions and compliance with company policy, data entry in financial system, and vendor inquiries.

Responsibilities

Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) of all types in Account Payable Invoice processes such as Invoice dropping, Invoice verification, and Invoice posting.
Analyze and process all complex invoices, on all types, from all regions and ensure process it within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLAs).
Analyzes and resolve escalated issue in all types of invoices basic and complex submitted to AP both via ARIBA network and AP Mailbox.
Act as ancillary service and intelligence in providing feedback, resolution, and intelligence source for any process improvement breakthroughs.
Provides posting support cross-functionally between regions.
Coordinates and communicates with the local sites for any posting-related issues, and inquiries.
Handles and perform deep-dive analysis of escalated and unresolved task/issues related to invoice posting and provide issue resolution.
Act as a Tier 3 of support in handling and resolving S2P Helpdesk tickets related to invoice processing.
Lead and coordinates process improvements initiatives and projects with AP Supervisor and AP teams.
Secure metrics and reporting system generates operational reports, analyzes, and provides input to improve process efficiency.
Contribute to ensure that the team’s key performance metrics and targets are met.
Perform User Acceptance testing for any process change, system upgrade, and new company code set-up.
Provide training in Invoice Posting processes to new hires.
Provide refresher/cross-training in all Invoice Posting processes to AP Team Members.
Perform review and maintain all AP Process documentation are updated.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
At least four to five years of work experience in Accounts Payable.
Knowledgeable in SAP – purchasing, materials management, and reconciliation.
Knowledgeable in Readsoft application and ARIBA Network.
Proficient in MS applications, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Facilitative leadership skills and project management skills.
Detail-oriented and demonstrates ability to consistently meet targets and SLA.
Results-oriented; proactive and can work with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills-ability to communicate to all levels in the organization and across functions.
Inclination to a continuous improvement culture for the process.
Proven ability to work independently with little direction, along with being able to work effectively in as part of a Source to Pay support team.
Strong/Highly analytical and problem-solving skills.
