Job Description

The Sr HRIS Analyst will be a part of a team that provides global system support to all our HR functions including Employee Central, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll and Compensation. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, process/detailed oriented, customer focused and bring a strong understanding of the SuccessFactors EC platform. Effective communication skills with the ability to prioritize projects and manage confidential information is required. The Sr HRIS Analyst will play a critical role in the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and administration of our EC platform, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and support HR initiatives.

Responsibilities (1 of 2)

Essential Functions

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of the Employee Central module    within SuccessFactors.
  • Administer and maintain the EC platform, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR and IT teams to test new functionality for any system upgrades, involving relevant business users when necessary.
  • Work closely with HR Coordinators, HR Business partners, and Payroll to troubleshoot Employee Central queries for multiple modules, including, but not limited to: Onboarding, Employee Central Core and Recruiting.
  • Work with various teams on special projects.
  • Perform regular system audits and make recommendations for process improvements.

 

Reporting & Analytics

  • Utilize reporting tools to run standard and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making and provide insights into HR metrics.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR reports by implementing stringent data validation and quality control measures.
  • Monitor HR metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities (2 of 2)

User Support & Training

  • Create and maintain process documentation for HRIS procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline EC HR processes through system enhancements and automation.
  • Provide ongoing support to HRIS users as it pertains to Employee Central, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions such as:
    • Mass uploads
    • Creating and modifying workflows
    • Creating and modifying business rules
    • Configure back-end and front-end system configuration changes to new or existing fields.
    • Perform full functional testing of new system changes prior to moving to PROD.
  • Develop and deliver EC training and materials for end-users, ensuring effective utilization of HR systems.
  • Assist with employee data entry and system maintenance tasks as required.
  • Function as a subject matter expert in Employee Central, advising HR team members and other stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years Employee Central experience or more
  • Proven experience in system administration, implementation, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
  • Self-starter

Required Experience

  • BS degree plus 5 years' professional HR experience (or the equivalent in professional and HRIS experience)
  • HRIS experience with SuccessFactors system required particularly with Employee Central 

Preferred Qualifications

  • SuccessFactors Compensation experience a plus
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Global Cloud HCM system implementation experience a plus
  • EC/Comp SFX accreditation a plus
