Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Analyst to support our cash forecasting process, analyze working capital, and provide cash flow support to our business finance teams.


  • Lead Grace's Global Balance Sheet and Cash Forecasting processes.
  • Partner with cash stakeholders to complete Direct, Indirect Cash, and Legal Entity processes
  • Communicate forecast and reporting requirements to all cash stakeholders, ensuring all applicable data points are available for timely and accurate reporting
  • Interact with all Grace functions and departments to enhance view for cash estimates and to understand cash implications of business decisions
  • Research issues or emerging complexities with cash forecasting process to ensure understanding and awareness of all cash inflows and outflows
  • Provide Business Cash Flow details and reports to the business finance teams
  • Make recommendations to ensure achievement of cash and working capital goals.
  • Research, identify, recommend and/or implement process improvements to streamline and enhance procedures/methodologies
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and analysis of variances and trends.
  • Draft cash presentations to Grace Leadership Team (MOR/QBR) and the Board of Directors.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with solid business acumen and time management skills
  • Ability to work with all Finance functions – Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Credit & Collections
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite capabilities (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Experience

  • 5-7 years relevant experience in large multinational manufacturing corporation, progressing in finance/accounting and working in a matrixed environment.
  • BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience working with Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements and Cash Forecasting
  • Experience with planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience creating complex financial modeling and analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP and related systems (BPC, SAC, etc)
  • MBA or CPA
