Job Description

Responsible for oversite of companies in Human Resources Infomation Systems (HRIS) and relating processes. Develops, implements and modifies HR technology platforms in support of the changing business requirements. Manages HRIS Analysts. Reports to the Director, HR Shared Services.

Required Skills

  • Lead HRIS Roadmap, projects, process design and training initiates - in support of the Companies HR Technology goals
  • Partner with IT and other HR Leaders to ensure all HR systems are effective, secure and adequately utilized and supported
  • Design and implement policy and controls for data integrity, data security, and compliance standards - including audit processes
  • Recommend process improvement around HR tools/processes utilizing technology
  • Ensure systematic controls to support all vendor interfaces (Payroll, Benefits, etc.)
  • Drive future HR technology platform implementations, upgrades, and acquisition integrations
  • Assign work to subordinates while working with them on their development objectives
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Experience

  • BS in IT/Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of IT/HRIS/HR professional experience – progressing in roles
  • 5+ years supervisory experience
  • SAP or other global Cloud based ERP platform experience
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Excellent knowledge of data structure/systems and very strong project management skills
  • Excellent communications, interpersonal, and influencing skills with solid business acumen and time management ability

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Success Factors cloud technology experience
  • SAP Success Factors implementation (Employee Central module)
