Job Description

We're adding to our number of Game Changers at Grace and hiring a Financial Analyst who will report to and assist the Director of Reporting & Compliance in all aspects of the order to cash cycle.  As a Game Changer you'll have the ability to showcase not only your strong financial analysis skills but your ability to offer ideas and solutions that positively impact the way in which we go about working at Grace. As a Financial Analyst your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Acting as the primary owner of activities related to cash applications and collections as part of Grace’s overall business continuity plan
  • Review detailed reports generated by the GOC OTC team to provide summarized analytical information to business stakeholders
  • Provide analysis around trend accounts receivable data to help forecast future cash receipts
  • Ongoing review of customer portfolio to identify and recommend master data updates and corrective actions where needed
  • Prepare/review detailed customer account reconciliations as needed
  • Oversee maintenance of master data related to customer payment terms
  • Oversee compliance of SOX controls related to the credit & collections cycle
  • Assist the Cash Forecasting Manager with the monthly cash forecasting/reporting cycle
  • Create/maintain dashboard of KPI’s using cloud-based collections software for Grace business leaders
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of the order to cash cycle 
  • Experience with data analytics
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically must have strong excel (to include pivot tables) and PowerPoint 
  • Strong interpersonal skills—ability to communicate to all levels in the organization and across functions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in a finance or accounting department, publically traded company experience mid to large company .
  • AA or BS degree in Finance, Accounting or related.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP
